Cascade Walkable Plans is the walkthrough arm of Cascade, an established builder. We built the studio for our own clients first, because we kept watching good plans hide expensive problems until it was too late to fix them cheaply.

After enough projects where a client approved a plan they could not really picture, then asked for changes once the walls were up, we built a place to catch those moments earlier. The walkthrough is how Cascade clients see a plan before it is poured. Now anyone can use it.

We needed it before you did.
We did not invent a gadget and go looking for a market. We had a problem on our own job sites: clients approving plans they could not picture, then paying to change them once the walls were up. The walkthrough fixed it. That is the whole origin.

Both. Cascade builds homes, and the studio came out of that work — it is how Cascade clients saw a plan before it was poured. Now anyone can use it.
Do I have to build with Cascade to use the studio?
No. The studio is open to anyone: homeowners, other builders, architects, designers, and commercial teams.
Why would a builder help clients find problems in a plan?
Because the problems get found either way. Found in the studio they are a redline; found at framing they are a change order. Alignment is the cheapest part of a build.
