A lot of buyers are building from out of state, choosing finishes and layouts they will not stand in until move-in. Walking the plan at full scale is how remote buyers catch what they would otherwise discover too late.

Where is the studio?
The St. George studio is under construction and does not have an opening date yet. Until it opens, Washington County walkthroughs run at our Orem studio, 352 Gold Tip Drive, Orem.
I am building from out of state. Is it worth a trip?
For many remote buyers it is the one in-person step that prevents the most expensive surprises. Some plan a visit around it. Sessions currently run in Orem, about four hours north of St. George.
Do you serve Hurricane, Ivins, and Santa Clara?
Yes. All of Washington County and toward Cedar City, served today from the Orem studio and from St. George once it opens.
Is there parking?
Yes. The Orem studio has free on-site parking with accessible spaces near the entrance.
Do you work with custom builders down here?
Yes, and with their clients. Ask about the program for builders who use the studio regularly.
