The St. George studio is under construction and has no opening date yet. Washington County walkthroughs run at our Orem studio, 352 Gold Tip Drive, Orem, until it opens.
How far is it from Hurricane or Ivins?
Roughly 15 to 20 minutes once the St. George studio opens. Today the session runs in Orem, which is a longer trip and worth planning around.
Do you work with out-of-state buyers?
Yes, often. For remote buyers it is the one in-person step that prevents the most expensive surprises.
Do you serve custom builders here?
Yes, and their clients. Ask about the wholesale program for builders who use the studio regularly.
