Find your nearest studio.
Walk your floor plan at full scale before you build. The Orem studio is open and serves the whole state; St. George and Ogden are being built for the south and for Weber and Davis — with the cities and drive times for each.
What a walkthrough is.
A floor plan walkthrough is simple. We project your plan at 1:1 on the studio floor, and you walk it room by room, at the size you are about to build. You catch the problems flat paper hides, while they are still cheap to fix. Builders, homeowners, architects, and remodelers across Utah use it before they break ground.
One studio open, two in build.

Utah walkthrough questions.
Which Utah studio is nearest me?
Orem, because it is the only one open. It serves Utah County and, for now, the whole state. The studios that will anchor Washington County and Weber and Davis are under construction.
Do you only serve the city the studio is in?
No. Orem serves the whole state today. The area pages above give the drive time from your town to the studio that will cover it once St. George and Ogden open.
How far will I have to drive?
Everything runs in Orem today. Salt Lake is about 45 minutes down I-15; southern Utah is a longer trip until St. George opens.
Does this work for a remodel, or only a new build?
Both. Walking a remodel before demolition is one of the most common reasons people book — see the northern Utah remodel guide.
What does a walkthrough cost?
It is quoted on a call, because the session is scoped to your plan stage and who is coming. The first 30 minutes in the studio are free.
